Dax Solutions was founded by Saidou INSA WAZIR

Saidou was inspired by untimely power cuts in urban areas in Niger and Burkina Faso. He was able to see first-hand the consequences of energy unavailability, particularly in terms of homes and companies. In July 2017, Saidou decided to propose a solution to this problem by creating Dax Solutions.

In December 2017, Saidou participated in the launch of the first telecom operation under the ESCO model in West Africa specifically in Burkina Faso with Energy-Vision Limited, on the Orange BF sites, as General Manager.

The capitalization of the ESCO experiment is based on the following points:

  • Complete end-to-end subcontracting of site energy services with guaranteed availability.
  • Design, supply and installation of complete energy solution.
  • 24 x 7 NOC supported by a robust remote management and control system
  • Complete maintenance with optional maintenance and site security services.
  • Fixed monthly fee by type of site with discount on the current total cost.
  • All CAPEX supported by Energy Vision.
  • SLA (Service Level Agreement) commitment with penalties for underperformance.

  • This passage allowed him to reflect on a Hybrid energy concept, to offer to individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises (SME / SMI), by providing financing through agreements signed with West African financial institutions (banks Micro Finance Institution).

By partnering with leading manufacturers in the design of next-generation hybrid systems, Dax Solutions is able to offer hybrid solutions from 3 to 46 KWh through its NOUR HYBRID POWER STATION hybrid power plant.

West Africa's leading energy integration company, Dax also offers 12V appliances (TV, Air brewers, Lighting and freezers) including the solar system for areas not covered by the public electricity grid, but also in the urban area as a response to the very high costs of managing generators.
